Your private Cricket Lovers tour will be hosted by a current SCG tour guide to uncover the finest aspects of Australia’s national game. You will be driven through pockets of the stunning Southern Highland region, traversing scenic country roads on the way to the famous Don Bradman museum in Bowral.
Your tour can begin in Sydney and surrounds from your AirBnB, hotel or anywhere as required. This is your day and we will do whatever is needed to make it truly memorable, so whether you are planning a special day out, corporate trip, family or any reason at all we will work with you to ensure that the options as well as the tone and timing will be right for your group.
We don’t want your day to feel too rushed so our tour outline works well on a full day. At 8am you will be driven to Bowral in the Southern Highlands checking out some wonderful vistas and aspects of Don Bradman’s life in the town. Next our 90 min tour of the Bradman museum and everything cricket will inspire all. Then we are off to lunch at the Bradman cafe or other as requested. Following lunch, several other options can be built into our day including a winery or zoo. Returning to Sydney we will arrive at the historic Sydney Cricket Ground for a 1 hour private tour of the venue built in 1856. Lastly we will return you to your accommodation or recommended dinner booking can be arranged. We may even have time for a beer at the end of the day.
